Forward Bible Camp Work Party

Come join us on October 26^th to 28^th to lend our hearts, hands and feet to the Forward Bible Camp located near Georgetown, CA.  We have helped them in the past and had a wonderful time helping to fund and complete a couple bathroom tile projects a few years ago.  This time we will be helping to put the finishing touches on a newly constructed nurse’s cabin.  The cabin will house volunteer nurses who serve the camp during the busy summer camper season.  The current plan is to leave Carson City early afternoon on Friday.  It takes about two hours by car to get there.  Have a meal early Friday evening, settle in at camp and get a look at the projects ahead.  On Saturday we would begin with breakfast and a time for devotion and then tackle what they need our help with.  We would wrap up by late afternoon and then folks could either head back to Carson or spend time exploring the camp, spend the night and leave first thing on Sunday morning and be back in Carson for church at 10:00 a.m.  Please contact Rob, 775-742-5959, or rscanland@charter.net for more information.
